Rustic Canyon Mid-Century

A full gut renovation of a 1951 ranch style home in Santa Monica’s lush Rustic Canyon neighborhood.

We installed new oak plank flooring throughout the four bedroom, four bathroom home, as well as all new lighting, cabinetry, and custom room divider inspired by French vintage design. The kitchen features a working fireplace, vaulted ceilings with skylights, custom oak cabinetry, and a Carrara marble island. California Closets designed our primary walk-in closet.
